The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic capabilities. The Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers. Duties Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs. Repair or replace components related to powertrain, suspension, shocks & struts, and transmissions. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on vehicles. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Dealership experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with Asian and European vehicles is a plus. Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques across various systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to vehicle systems. A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory.
