Dental Patient Care Coordinator - Greeter Moorpark, CA | $18-$22/hour Who We Are We're a fun, energetic dental team focused on creating an exceptional patient experience. Our front office team is the first smile patients see and plays a big role in making every patient feel comfortable and welcome. If you're outgoing, organized, positive, and love working with people, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and manage appointments accurately Keep the front office organized, clean, and welcoming Provide a friendly, professional, and memorable patient experience Help create a comfortable, spa-like environment Work closely with our team to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Outgoing, energetic personality with a positive attitude Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Friendly, confident, and professional Team player who enjoys being part of a fun, supportive culture
