Drivers are outgoing, driven and hard-working individuals who are experienced in and/or willing to learn a multitude of skills and thrive in a customer service environment. Drivers operate as sales associates while at the store. They are required to maintain outstanding customer service and maintain Kahoots core values and standards while both in the store and out on deliveries. Delivery drivers are regularly loading/unloading heavy items such as bags of feed and bales for hay that may range over 100lbs while helping in-store customers, prepping for deliveries and upon arrival at delivery locations. MUST HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID CA DRIVER'S LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED

Must have 2 years of previous driving/delivering experience Valid and current driver's license. Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Must be team oriented. Must be able to thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented environment. Must be able and willing to learn about a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike. Must be able to stay busy and keep up in a fast-paced work environment. This job can be strenuous, and tasks can include such activities as: o Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying several large, 100+ LBS bales and bags etc, 4-10 hours per day o Loading and unloading large loads of hay and feed both on location, and at customer's homes. o Being on your feet/standing for up to 8+ hours. o Walking 6-10 hours per day o Bending and twisting 4-8 hours per day o Climbing in and out of trucks regularly o Occasionally climbing ladders
