09/13/2026 Job Description Job Description Quality Engineer Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm $95,000-$120,000/year +

Benefits Responsibilities:

Ensure products and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements by developing, optimizing, and maintaining quality procedures. Identify and resolve assembly-related issues, implement process improvements, and provide customer support. Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures (QMS, WI, SOPs, etc.). Investigate, document, and resolve production or customer issues (CARs, NCRs, RMAs, etc.). Design and implement continuous improvement projects to improve capability and performance. Host customers and audits. Review customer requirements via contract review with an emphasis on space addendum. Lead root cause investigations for systemic production or quality issues and implement sustainable corrective actions (CAPAs). Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC, ISO, and AS.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically

J-STD-001

Space Addendum or NASA Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Hands-on continuous improvement mindset Six Sigma or Green Belt certification a plus! Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, J-STD-001S) a plus!
