Part-Time Front Desk & Patient Coordinator - Physician-Led Medical Clinic Coastal Wellness MD | Newport Beach, CA Coastal Wellness MD is a physician-led medical clinic specializing in medical aesthetics and wellness . We are looking for an experienced, professional, and personable Front Desk & Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who is confident working with patients, understands the medical aesthetics environment, and can provide an exceptional patient experience while also helping the practice grow. Position Part-Time | Approximately 16 hours/week to start $23/hour base + performance-based bonuses, with total earning potential up to $35/hour As the practice grows, there may be opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibilities. Schedule We are looking for someone who can consistently commit to: At least 3 weekdays per week Every other Saturday Approximately 16 hours per week to start Flexibility with weekday scheduling Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a professional, personalized experience Manage front desk operations and patient flow Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries Respond promptly to new patient leads Schedule consultations and treatments Collect deposits and ensure appointments are properly secured Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet scheduled Reactivate previous and inactive patients Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows Rebook patients for future treatments Assist with inquiries regarding treatments, promotions, packages, and memberships Maintain accurate patient and lead information in our CRM Assist with daily administrative and clinic tasks Support patient communication before and after appointments Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a medical office, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness practice Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable communicating with patients by phone, text, and in person Experience with lead follow-up, scheduling, and patient conversion is highly preferred Professional, polished, personable, and confident Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Able to stay productive during slower periods Comfortable learning and discussing medical aesthetic and wellness services Understands the importance of professionalism and patient confidentiality in a medical practice We Want Someone Who Takes Initiative This is not a position for someone who simply waits for the next patient to walk through the door. When the front desk is quiet, we expect our team to be actively working on lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, rebooking, patient outreach, CRM organization, and other tasks that support the growth of the practice . The right candidate will be motivated by both excellent patient care and measurable results . Compensation $23/hour base + performance-based bonuses Total earning potential up to $35/hour based on performance.
