Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our collaborative team as a Clinical Supervisor. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome and will be supported! Our Clinical Supervisors play an important role in conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, modification and implementation of client programs, providing person-centered support to our caregivers and clients, as well as providing ongoing support for our behavior technicians. Essential responsibilities of this position listed below are subject to change at the discretion of Symphony Behavioral Health Inc. Clinical Duties & Responsibilities

• Hybrid service delivery in the home, community, and telehealth.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessment utilizing direct and indirect assessment methods.
• Design ABA based support for clients and input client programs on practice management software.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior support plans and the implementation of skill acquisition goals for clients.
• Collect and analyze data and make necessary protocol modifications ongoingly.
• Complete session notes after providing clinical services.
• Meet the timeline for completing progress reports and administration of outcome measurement tools.
• Provide supervision, training, and support behavior interventionists, BTs / RBTs.
• Provide fieldwork supervision for mentees obtaining their fieldwork hours towards their BCBA.
• Implement prescribed caregiver education and behavior skills training.
• Collaborate with the client, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to promote individualized and person-centered care.
• Promote integrated care by engaging in collaboration and care-coordination with other medical and allied health professionals to help promote positive health outcomes.
• Maintain collaboration and effective communication with members of the clinical team for each client team.
• Maintain professional and safe interactions when working with clients including maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapeutic environment.
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, workshops, quality assurance measures, and other requirements to maintain good standing as an employee.
• Follow ethical guidelines for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) as stated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Follow HIPAA and FERPA guidelines by maintaining client confidentiality
• Follow protocols on child abuse reporting and suicide prevention Other Duties & Responsibilities
• Complete administrative duties and required paperwork on time.
• Communicate and collaborate with Executives, Clinical Director, and other colleagues to preserve the quality of service delivery.
• Maintain required certifications (i.e., CPR, BCBA, Safety Care)
• Attend trainings and workshops to maintain technical knowledge and stay current with evidence based best practices.
• Uphold the values of Symphony Behavioral Health.
• Promote psychological safety and cultural safety while working with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Basic & Physical Requirements
• Must be able to obtain TB clearance upon employment for the safety of our clients
• Must be able to assume and maintain various postures (i.e., kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between client homes and the community within the assigned service locations
• Must have a valid California Driver's License and insurance.
• Must be willing to receive additional trainings and certification to be able to perform physical procedures that promote effective and safe de-escalation interventions based on client needs. Education and training

Required:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• BACB required 8-hour supervision training must be completed upon prior to hire or at onboarding. Experience

Required:

at least 2 years of experience implementing ABA services to clients

Preferred:

at least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism, Down's Syndrome, ADD/ADHD or other developmental disabilities.

• Proficiency in conducting FBAs and developing BSPs.
