Role:

Veracity Ventures Inc. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations at our facility in Pleasanton, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical environment where leadership, efficiency, and patient care excellence come together.

Skills & Experience:

5+ years of healthcare leadership/operations experience Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience preferred, or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure Experience managing daily facility operations, staffing, workforce planning, and employee performance Strong experience with operating/capital budgets and financial performance Physician/medical staff relationship management and credentialing Regulatory, accreditation, quality, patient safety, and infection control experience Vendor, service, and physician contract management Experience identifying operational improvements and supporting service-line development

Education:

Bachelor's degree required
