Our team is passionate about providing concierge-level service from the first inquiry through post-operative care. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a luxury sales environment and is passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator is the primary point of contact for prospective patients and plays a critical role in converting consultations into booked surgical procedures. This position requires a polished professional with strong sales abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and experience in both plastic surgery and luxury client services. Key Responsibilities Engage and nurture new patient leads through phone, text, email, and in-person communication. Schedule, coordinate, and manage patient consultations. Build rapport with prospective patients and provide an exceptional concierge experience. Present treatment plans, financing options, and surgical recommendations with confidence and professionalism. Guide patients through the decision-making process and convert consultations into scheduled procedures. Follow up consistently with prospective patients to maximize conversion rates. Maintain accurate documentation and patient communications within the CRM and practice management software. Track and report key performance metrics, including consultation volume, conversion rates, and sales performance. Collaborate with surgeons and the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals. Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 1 year of plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery experience required. Minimum 1 year of high-end luxury sales experience required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience presenting treatment plans and closing high-value sales. Desired Skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Professional, polished, and compassionate demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Resourceful, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Passion for aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, and delivering an elevated client experience.
