This role supports fire departments, CAL FIRE units, and wildland agencies across California.

Responsibilities Sales Support:

Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers Prepare quotes and follow up on open requests Source products and vendor pricing Assist with bid research, documentation, and submission packages Support outside sales with product information and customer notes Update CRM records

Operations Support:

Enter customer orders and purchase orders Assist with shipping, packaging, and preparing orders Help with local deliveries as needed (mileage reimbursed) Support receiving, labeling, SKU updates, and inventory tasks Coordinate with warehouse and vendors on stock and lead times Maintain documentation and organized office workflow Qualifications Customer service, inside sales, administrative, logistics, or operations experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a small-team environment CRM or spreadsheet experience is helpful Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site Work Environment On-site in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA Full-time position Monday-Friday Small, hands-on team Compensation $24-$27 per hour (DOE) PTO and paid holidays (for eligible employees) Training provided Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Apply on Indeed or email your resume to .
