Patients come to us for testosterone therapy, weight management, and related programs. This role is the person they hear from between visits, making sure appointments are booked, checking in on how things are going, and making sure nothing falls through. What you will do Run the calendar: booking next visits, keeping track of who is due, confirming appointments, and rearranging the ones that get missed Reconnect with patients who have paused their care, and help them restart when they are ready Check in between appointments on how their program is going, and get them in with the clinician when something needs attention Keep clean notes so the clinical team knows where each patient stands This is a non-clinical role. You will not give medical advice, interpret labs, or make treatment decisions. Anything clinical goes to our clinician, and we will train you on exactly where that line sits. Who does well here Comfortable on the phone, and not put off when someone does not pick up the first few times Organised in a way other people can see Warm, but able to ask someone directly to book a time Healthcare experience welcome, not required.
