Responsibilities This position combines patient care, front-office coordination, and hands-on clinical support , including: Greeting patients and creating an exceptional experience Answering phones, scheduling, and confirming appointments Coordinating patient follow-up and helping patients through their treatment journey Maintaining organized patient records and workflows Assisting providers with patient preparation and treatment-room flow Taking patient vitals and preparing treatment rooms Assisting with liposuction procedures and pre- and post-procedure patient care Assisting with aesthetic and regenerative medicine procedures Supporting blood draws and PRP-related workflows when appropriately trained and credentialed Helping the clinical team stay on schedule Following through on patient needs and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Clinical responsibilities will be assigned according to training, credentials, and permitted scope of practice. Experience We're Open To Medical assisting experience is a plus, but we also welcome strong candidates with experience in: Dental, optometry, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics Medical reception or patient care coordination Pharmacy, physical therapy, or chiropractic offices Healthcare navigation or interpretation Fertility, LASIK, dental implant, or other elective medicine Luxury hospitality, concierge, or high-end client services Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, dental assisting, or other clinical experience is a plus, but not required for every candidate. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy medical environment, assisting with medical procedures, working around blood and body fluids, and being available to work Saturdays as needed.
