We are looking for good listeners with upbeat personalities to help our existing and prospective patients. We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic individual for a position in our call center. This job is about helping patients with their questions and concerns in order to help them so that they can look and feel their best.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle Inbound/Outbound calls and convert new patients into scheduled consultations Seek to understand patient concerns and offer information to educate them on medical procedures that may benefit them Ensure scheduled patients show up to the appointments by obtaining permission to email and text them the appointment details Make outbound calls to reschedule missed appointments, follow up with patients that have not yet booked Maintain a professional voice tone during all communication Respond to internet inquiries via email and phone Act as a liaison between the patients and providers by keeping communication lines open.

QUALIFICATIONS

Call Center Service/Sales experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required Customer focus/results driven Focus on continuous improvement and adapt to an ever-changing environment Possess the internal drive and passion to help make a difference in the everyday lives of individuals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and dependable to follow through with commitments Passion to serve
