Working together with medical leadership and operational professionals in outpatient, urgent care, occupational medicine, and primary care, you will ensure an exceptional patient experience while overseeing daily center operations. You will lead support staff, optimize patient flow, support clinical teams, and drive efficient, high-quality care delivery. Manages key operational metrics and workflows, including Turn Around Time (TAT), Patient Experience Rating (NPER), Net, Pearl C4, and other center performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement. Fosters teamwork, quality, patient safety, and colleague engagement while coordinating scheduling, staffing, facility operations, and compliance to maintain efficient center performance. Builds relationships with clients and payers and partners with leadership to optimize staffing, develop colleagues, improve workflows, and achieve center business and financial goals.
