Posada Ambulatory Surgery Center is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on team member to join our Materials Management and Facility Operations team . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow within a busy, multispecialty healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory, purchasing, materials management, and/or facility maintenance and be comfortable working with both technology and hands-on projects. What You'll Do Responsibilities will include a combination of materials management and facility support, such as: Receive, organize, stock, and distribute medical and surgical supplies Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and purchasing Maintain accurate inventory records and help identify opportunities to improve inventory processes Work with inventory management software and vendor ordering systems Assist with equipment tracking, service coordination, and preventative maintenance Help maintain the facility and coordinate repairs with outside vendors when needed Perform basic facility maintenance and troubleshooting within the scope of experience Maintain organized storage, equipment, and supply areas Assist with special projects and other operational needs throughout the surgery center Work closely with clinical staff, administration, vendors, and service technicians What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

Strongly preferred:

Previous inventory, materials management, purchasing, warehouse, or supply-chain experience Facility maintenance or building operations experience Strong computer and spreadsheet skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Experience with inventory management software or electronic purchasing systems Ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate projects from start to finish Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to safely lift, move, stock, and organize supplies and equipment Healthcare, medical, surgical, or ambulatory surgery center experience is a plus, but not required Why Posada?
