Position Summary:
Manage the daily operations one of 5 medical clinic locations. Manage both front and back office staff, support clinicians (approx. 5 Providers), attend to patients as needed, and fulfill other operational support needs as assigned.Job Duties:
Staff management: Hiring and training new staff, managing performance, and providing organizational reviews Clinic operations: Overseeing daily operations, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with health care regulationsInventory:
Maintaining stock and purchasing supplies as neededBudget:
Maintaining the clinic's budget Patient care: Communicating with patients and healthcare professionals, and coordinating patient care plansSafety:
Enforcing rules and safety protocolCommunication:
Disseminating information to the team, discussing patient issues, negotiating with vendors, and communicating clinical perspectives to business management Manage daily operations of staff, clinicians, and patients Manage both front and back office staff and operations Submit/Prepare reports as needed Manage and approve time cards Communicate new or revised policies to staff and patients Assist with crisis management Assist with case management Oversee insurance eligibility and verify staff is checking benefits accurately Manage provider information with insurance All other duties as assignedRequirements:
AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED BACHELOR'S DEGREE STRONGLY PREFERRED
