Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers. Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and ongoing support. Coordinate caregiver schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, and compatibility. Support new client onboarding and assist with care coordination. Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits as appropriate. Assist with maintaining accurate client and caregiver documentation. Work closely with the office leadership team to ensure efficient daily operations. Participate in on-call responsibilities, including occasional evenings and weekends. Qualifications Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience required. Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid Colorado driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Ability to pass all required background screenings. Physical Requirements Ability to travel throughout the Fort Collins and surrounding areas for client and caregiver visits. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed. Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend on-call responsibilities.
