A community healthcare facility near Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Clinic Manager to join its leadership team!

Pay:

$72,500 - $125,000 / annually

Clinic Manager Opportunity:

Clinic Manager Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain clinical and operational policies and procedures Provide clinical coverage as needed to support patient care operations Assist with budget development, expenditure monitoring, and financial management Support efficient clinic operations while ensuring quality patient care standards

Clinic Manager Qualifications:

Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license required Strong leadership and operational management skills Experience with clinical workflows and staff oversight preferred
