The Surgery Center Administrator will join a nationally recognized ambulatory surgery platform known for clinical excellence, operational innovation, and outstanding patient care. This AAAHC-accredited endoscopy center features three state-of-the-art procedure rooms and partners closely with physicians to deliver high-quality outpatient services. The ASC Administrator will oversee the daily operations of a busy endoscopy surgery center while ensuring exceptional clinical quality, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supporting physician relationships, overseeing staffing and quality initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve operations and grow services.

This role is ideal for an experienced ASC or surgical services leader who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on leadership.
Reporting to regional leadership, the Surgery Center Administrator will work closely with physicians, governing board members, clinical leaders, and administrative teams to support long-term success. This leader will mentor staff, strengthen operational performance, maintain accreditation standards, and foster a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care. The center values approachable leadership and strong collaboration across every level of the organization.
