Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Travel This opportunity is for an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations within a hospital inpatient setting. The role focuses on directing pharmacy services, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards to optimize patient care.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient medication distribution and compliance with hospital policies. Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve medication management and patient safety. Ensure inventory control and appropriate procurement of medications. Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations. Review and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures for inpatient care.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Flexible hours to meet hospital coverage needs. This position is a travel opportunity with a duration of 24 weeks, starting ASAP. Candidates should be flexible to travel and relocate as needed. Take charge of inpatient pharmacy operations and contribute to high-quality patient care. to be considered for this impactful role. Compensation for this position ranges from $62.00 to $78.00.
