Clinical Lead Therapist The Redpoint Center LLC The Redpoint Center is seeking a Clinical Lead Therapist to join our dynamic and collaborative clinical team. This role serves as a key leader within the organization—acting as a primary clinician for participants, a mentor to fellow therapists, and a strategic partner to the Clinical Program Manager (CPM). Position Overview The Clinical Lead Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services while supporting team development and program excellence. This role combines direct client care with leadership responsibilities, including mentorship, clinical oversight, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for participants. This position reports directly to the Clinical Program Manager and includes ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities Provide 16-18 client-facing hours per week , including individual therapy sessions Facilitate group therapy sessions and develop engaging curriculum Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and charting in the EMR system (weekly for PHP clients and monthly for IOP/OP clients) Conduct weekly family communication via phone, email, or family sessions Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment plans Support participants in early recovery and contribute to aftercare planning Attend weekly clinical team meetings Partner with the CPM on scheduling, team coaching, and program support Conduct chart audits and provide feedback to improve documentation quality Provide crisis management support and assist with case coordination Support clinical projects, including system, process, and policy improvements Mentor team members and model clinical excellence and best practices Support team development in assessment, treatment planning, and care delivery Foster a safe, therapeutic, and team-oriented environment Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, referral sources, and the community Qualifications Education & Licensure Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related field Active licensure required: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, or equivalent CAC II or higher preferred 5+ years of clinical experience required in mental health and/or substance use treatment Supervisory experience a plus Prior experience in substance abuse or behavioral health settings strongly preferred Advanced clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and risk management Demonstrated ability in leadership, supervision, and coaching Strong ethical decision-making and professional judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team High level of self-awareness, professionalism, and initiative What We're Looking For A clinician who leads by example and consistently exceeds expectations A team player who contributes to program development and strategy Someone passionate about client outcomes and long-term recovery A professional who brings both clinical excellence and compassionate care
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
