Job Description Join the team at Balfour at Louisville as the Health and Wellness Director ! The Director manages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.
Availability:
Monday-Friday Pay:
$105,000-$130,000/yr Check out our community online! Senior Living in Louisville, CO | Balfour Louisville What will I do every day? Complete accurate and regular resident assessments Determine the appropriate level of care Maintain all resident information, files, and reports Supervise and administer all resident medications Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements Coordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providers Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing Conduct departmental planning and forecasting Hire and train care team associates Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction What will I need to be successful in this role? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Director-level care leadership role BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields Experience in working with seniors Ability to work weekends and/or nights and holidays as needed
Special Requirements/Certifications:
Active LPN license required CPR Certified First Aid Certified Universal Precautions trained What's in it for me? (Great Question!)
Salary:
$105,000-$130,000/Yr.
