Position Overview As our Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator , you'll be the first friendly face our patients see and the voice that sets the tone for their experience. You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day flow of the office, supporting both our patients and our clinical team. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits Verify insurance benefits and process claims Handle patient billing, payments, and financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed Coordinate communication between the doctor, hygienists, and patients Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
