Manage daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy department. Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high performance and compliance. Oversee medication dispensing, inventory management, and billing processes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication therapy protocols. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to pharmacy services. Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager in an inpatient hospital setting. Strong knowledge of medication management, pharmacy operations, and healthcare regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Current license or certification as a pharmacist as required by state law.
