Reporting to a Director of Cardiopulmonary Services (and partnering closely with the CNO, medical directors, and ancillary leadership), the Respiratory Therapy Manager will guide daily operations, staffing, scheduling, competencies, quality, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, policy development, equipment lifecycle, and budget stewardship, while enjoying strong support from friendly nurses and a diverse, collaborative team of physicians, APPs, pharmacists, rehab specialists, case managers, and social workers who value the Respiratory Therapy Manager as a trusted clinical and operational partner.
