Clinical Staff Coordinator HR Responsibilities:

Create and maintain staff schedules Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals. Maintain communication with HR regarding FMLA, non FMLA leaves, employee resignations, status changes, and other necessary information as it arises. Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process. Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge. Long Term Care Experience Required Previous Scheduling Experience Required HR Assistant Experience Preferred Complete Care at Harrington Court is an equal opportunity employer.
