Perform bench-level laboratory tasks including precise pipetting and sterile technique maintenance. Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory, and order essential scientific supplies. Conduct quality control reviews on laboratory data, maintaining strict audit trails and documentation. Support general laboratory operations and administrative workflows.

qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline. Proven foundation in basic laboratory skills, including accurate pipetting and safe specimen handling. Understanding of sterile techniques and general laboratory safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams). Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to learn electronic laboratory notebooks and software systems.

Preferred:

1 to 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience. Interest in building a long-term career in laboratory analysis. Flexibility to support occasional weekend shifts during large clinical study periods.
