Sr. AD, Value & Access, Innovation and Strategy Integration w/ Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Ridgefield, CT. Dvlp, oversee & implemnt componnts of the strategic digitl engagemnt plan for organizd customrs (payor/health systms). Positn reqs Master's deg (U.S. or for equiv) in Bus Admin, Mktg, Healthcare Mgmt, or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in the job offerd or in a rel role OR Bach deg (U.S. or for equiv) in Bus Admin, Mktg, Healthcare Mgmt, or rel field & 7 yrs of exp in the job offerd or in a rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: wrkg in healthcare stratgy, or wrkg in stratgy, med & healthcare affairs, mktg, & go-to-mkt capabilities in the pharm industry; &, leadg cross-functionl tms in a highly-matrixd organizatn, w/ or w/out authority & acrss globl & local entities. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: wrking on strategic customr collabs for organizd customrs, incl U.S. payors & health systms; usg Tableau, PowerBI, & Veeva Vault & CRM; program mgmt; leadg organizatnl change mgmt & traing dvlpmnt for globl implementatn; leadrship of bus proc steerg & pharm prodct life cycle mgmt; &, leadg stratgic consultg & hlthcare mktg agncy partnrs incl mgmt of budgt of at least 1 million USD/annually. 20% dom & internat'l travel reqd.
