Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehab team in delivering exceptional, evidence-based care. In this dual clinical and leadership role, you will treat a diverse caseload while overseeing daily clinic operations, staff scheduling, and workflow. You'll mentor therapists and support staff, uphold documentation and quality standards, and support community outreach and growth initiatives. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting Lead day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure excellent patient care Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration Monitor clinical quality, documentation standards, productivity, and patient outcomes Partner with leadership on clinic growth, community outreach, and patient experience initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company policies and procedures Required Skills Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Patient evaluation and care planning Clinical documentation and EMR use Staff supervision and coaching Clinic operations and scheduling Quality and outcomes management Insurance and reimbursement basics Patient communication and education
