Patient Care Representative Full-time Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

  • Precision Skin Institute is looking for that diamond in the rough to join our family.
As a specialty boutique office, we are looking for that special someone that is ready to join a team of high paced high energy individuals who are always ready to ensure our patients get the experience they deserve! This role requires someone who has an attention to detail, is flexible, reliable, and most importantly looking to make a difference to those they serve, as well as those they work with. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in high volume scheduling such as Hospitality as well as those already in the medical profession. Applicants MUST have a minimum of 2 years in high volume scheduling or medical field. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering high volume of calls on a multi-line system
  • Respond to online requests via our online portal
  • Checking Out Patients and schedule follow ups
  • Gather Patient information and Schedule appointments as needed
  • Take messages for the Physicians
  • Opportunities for Growth within a fast-growing medical practice
