We're growing, and we're looking for an operations leader who knows how a small orthopedic group runs day to day and can help us scale without losing the patient experience that sets us apart. The Role You will run the business side of the practice so our physicians can focus on patients. This is a hands-on role; in a group our size. You'll set strategy in the morning and fix a scheduling bottleneck in the afternoon. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across front desk, clinical support, billing, DME, lab, and ancillary services Own revenue cycle performance, including coding accuracy, charge capture, A/R, denials, and payer contract management (commercial, Medicare, workers' compensation, and personal injury) Build and manage the annual budget, monitor monthly P&L, and give physicians clear financial reporting and recommendations Recruit, train, and lead staff; build accountability, schedules, and a positive culture Optimize provider templates, patient access, and clinic flow to grow volume and reduce wait times Manage vendor relationships, including EHR/practice management systems, IT, and outside marketing partners, and hold them accountable to measurable results Strengthen referral relationships with primary care, sports medicine, and workers' comp networks Lead new provider onboarding and any new location or service line launches Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, credentialing, and payer requirements What You Bring 5+ years of operations leadership in an orthopedic, spine, or musculoskeletal practice (required) Experience in small to mid-size physician groups (roughly 3-15 providers) where you were the top operations leader Strong command of orthopedic revenue cycle, including workers' comp and PI Comfort with financial statements, budgeting, and KPI dashboards Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or
