The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home health care operational leadership. This role has a broad scope: Scheduling, Staffing, Documentation and Auditing, Client Service delivery, Financial and Workflow Systems. This is not a task-based role. This role focuses on operational performance, system design, and accountability—not just general management and administration. This role is best suited for someone who: Has worked in home health operations, not just general admin roles Is comfortable analyzing performance and directing improvement initiatives Can take ownership of outcomes—not just tasks If your experience is limited to managing tasks and/or administering established processes, this will not be the right fit. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze daily operations across home health workflows Track operational performance metrics. Identify breakdowns and formulate improvement plans Connect operations to financial outcomes (revenue, claims/billing, cash flow) Design and implement operational controls to optimize home health service delivery. Craft policies, procedures, and process documentation Drive accountability across scheduling, staffing, and administrative functions Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with regulatory requirements Foster a positive work environment that encourages continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional development Qualifications 10+ years experience in home health administration, nursing, business or a related field. Proven experience identifying and resolving operational issues Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary functions Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with healthcare management software systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
