Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator First Coast Oral Surgery | Amelia Island First Coast Oral Surgery is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our front desk! You'll help patients feel welcome while keeping appointments, patient records, and daily office tasks running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet patients and check them in and out. Answer calls, emails, and voicemails; schedule and confirm appointments. Update patient information and obtain referrals, X-rays, and records before visits. Verify insurance benefits and coordinate with our insurance team. Review treatment estimates and payment options with patients. Collect payments and accurately post them to patient accounts. Follow up on pending insurance authorizations and unscheduled treatment. Complete end-of-day reports, reconcile payments, and prepare deposits. Keep clear chart notes and work closely with the clinical team to support patient care. What We're Looking For Dental front desk experience preferred; oral surgery experience is a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through. Someone comfortable discussing insurance, treatment costs, and payments. A positive team player who is dependable and willing to learn.
