We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Rehab Specialist like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist contributes to high quality, patient-centered care by identifying candidates for inpatient rehabilitation and initializing timely, appropriate patient transfers. In collaboration with the Rehab Medical Director, the Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist ensures appropriate patient placement through clinical assessments and screening. The Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist serves as an inpatient rehabilitation expert between internal and external referral sources and inpatient rehabilitation operations. The Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for establishing relationships with case managers, physicians, payors, and other referral sources.
