Job description The Photography Concierge is looking for a talented career-minded individual to be our Sales Manager for our Naples and Marco Island locations. The Sales Manager will lead photography & videography performance and sales for in-house clients, corporate groups and events on and off the property. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for sourcing leads and executing sales, operations management, customer relationship management, and generating revenue. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background, management/hospitality experience. Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
• Hitting sales targets by successfully managing branch.
• All aspects of the sales operation at the branches maximizing booking opportunities.
• Managing Photography Sessions.
• Facilitating Corporate and Event Photography.
• Build and promote strong, long lasting relationships with meeting planners & key hotel personal.
• Ensuring client satisfaction.
• Sales invoice tracking, sales forecasts, recap and reports.
• Meeting with clients on different properties (sales).
• Networking and in-house marketing.
• Leading and supporting company initiatives & business strategies.
• Calling warm leads DAILY is necessary for success in this position.

• The ideal candidate:
• Is a self-starter and takes initiative.

• Has extensive experience with customer service & selling over phone/e-mails.
• Has experience with photography & videography sales or as in-house hotel vendor.

• Hospitality experience.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma / 2-4 year College degree Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively interact with guests and co-workers Previous experience work/school in the photography industry is a plus Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment Willing to work a varied seasonal schedule, flexible hours/schedule including holidays Demonstrate a positive and professional image

Reliable Transportation Job Type:

Full-time Annual Base Salary $37,000.00

• $42,000.

00 per year, with an opportunity of Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly bonuses if sales goals are met. The candidate will have the opportunity to nearly double their salary if all sales goals are achieved.
