RN Clinical Manager Senior Care Solutions is expanding! We are growing our clinical team and are looking to add an experienced RN Clinical Manager to our team. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to oversee clinical operations, support field staff, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Schedule Full-Time Responsibilities Oversee and support clinical staff and daily clinical operations Provide guidance and support to field nurses and other clinical team members Review patient care and documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare and company standards Monitor patient care plans, orders, and clinical documentation Assist with quality assurance and clinical compliance initiatives Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with staff education, training, and competency development Address clinical concerns and assist with resolution of patient care issues Participate in audits and quality improvement activities Ensure timely completion and accuracy of required clinical documentation Support the coordination of patient services and overall clinical workflow See patients as needed to support the team and ensure continuity of care Current Florida RN license in good standing Previous home health experience required Previous clinical leadership or management experience required Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and clinical documentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to effectively lead, coach, and support clinical staff Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing healthcare environment Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the service area Why Senior Care Solutions?
