Job Description
CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead operations in our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you'll coordinate care for physical therapy patients, support therapists and PTAs, manage schedules and patient flow, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. You'll champion CORA's patient-first culture, drive clinical quality and service standards, and collaborate closely with clinical and front-desk teams. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic to ensure efficient, patient-centered care Support and coordinate schedules for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants Assist with patient flow, intake, and documentation to maintain accurate medical records Monitor quality of care, adherence to treatment plans, and clinical protocols Collaborate with clinical and front-desk teams to optimize patient experience and outcomes Track key performance metrics, including visit volume, cancellations, and patient satisfaction Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and CORA policies Participate in staff training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives Required Skills Clinic operations management Outpatient physical therapy workflow Healthcare documentation and EMRRegulatory and compliance knowledge Scheduling and patient flow coordination Staff coordination and supervision Quality improvement and metrics tracking Customer service in healthcare Insurance and authorization processes Basic medical terminology
