Your expertise in medical billing, insurance coordination, and electronic health records (EHR) management will be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities 1. Aesthetic Treatment Specialist Complete paid, hands-on training; no prior aesthetic treatment experience required. Safely and effectively administer non-invasive aesthetic treatments under appropriate clinical guidance and supervision. Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation, including detailed treatment notes and before-and-after photography. Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to monitor patient progress, address questions, and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. Educate patients on treatment expectations, preparation, aftercare, and recommended treatment plans within the scope of the role. Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to support individualized patient care plans and deliver a consistent, elevated patient experience. 2. Cosmetic Dentistry Front Office & Clinical Operations Deliver a warm, polished, and high-touch experience throughout patient check-in, treatment coordination, and check-out. Welcome cosmetic dentistry patients and serve as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact throughout their patient journey. Build, update, and maintain accurate electronic medical and dental records (EMR/EHR). Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Coordinate communication and administrative workflow between patients, dentists, hygienists, treatment coordinators, and clinical management. Support cosmetic dentistry consultations by gathering relevant patient information, preparing charts, coordinating records and photography, and ensuring providers have the information needed for each visit. Assist with treatment-plan coordination, including scheduling consultations, procedures, follow-up visits, and recommended next steps. Maintain an organized and elevated front-office environment consistent with a premier cosmetic dental, vascular, and aesthetic practice. 3. Scheduling, Treatment Coordination & Patient Engagement Coordinate patient appointments across cosmetic dentistry, vascular, and aesthetic services while maximizing provider and treatment-room efficiency. Process payments, collect applicable balances, manage billing entries, and assist with financial and administrative documentation as assigned. Schedule treatment, follow-up appointments, consultations, and other recommended visits in accordance with provider recommendations. Maintain active patient engagement and treatment-plan compliance through telephone, email, and text communication. Follow up with prospective and existing patients regarding consultations, treatment recommendations, scheduling, and outstanding next steps. Help patients navigate the treatment process with clear communication, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach. Support patient retention and long-term relationships by providing a personalized, concierge-level experience from initial inquiry through completion of care. Qualifications Warm, outgoing, empathetic personality with a genuine commitment to exceptional patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with cosmetic dentistry and aesthetic patients. Experience in cosmetic dentistry, dental front-office operations, treatment coordination, medical aesthetics, or a luxury healthcare environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting. High standard of personal integrity, reliability, confidentiality, and medical professionalism. Polished, professional appearance representative of a premier cosmetic dental, vascular, and aesthetic facility. Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to educate patients, manage expectations, and communicate treatment information appropriately. Strong attention to detail when managing patient records, scheduling, payments, treatment coordination, and follow-up. Comfortable learning and utilizing EMR/EHR, scheduling, payment, communication, and other practice-management systems. A genuine interest in cosmetic dentistry, aesthetics, patient experience, and helping patients feel confident and well cared for.
