Job Description
USA Aesthetics is seeking a dependable, personable, and highly organized Med Spa Front Desk / Patient Coordinator & Clinical Support team member to join our practice in Port St. Lucie. This is a hands-on, dual-role position. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through checkout, while also supporting the provider by preparing and turning over treatment rooms, restocking supplies, maintaining an organized clinical environment, and helping the day run efficiently. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology and numbers, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This is not a position where you will remain at the front desk all day.
