Job Description
CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager Physical Therapist to lead daily operations in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. You will manage a caseload of orthopedic and neurologic patients, supervise and mentor clinicians and support staff, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include scheduling, workflow optimization, outcomes tracking, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with referring providers, support community outreach, and foster our patient-first, team-focused culture while driving clinical excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of an outpatient physical therapy clinic Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment planning Supervise, coach, and mentor clinicians and support staff Oversee scheduling, productivity, and clinic workflow Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMRMonitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with regulatory, payer, and safety standards Collaborate with referring providers and community partners Support staff development through training and continuing education Promote a patient-first, team-oriented clinic culture Required Skills Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Neurologic rehabilitation Clinical assessment and differential diagnosis Treatment planning and documentation (EMR) Staff supervision and mentorship Clinic operations and scheduling Outcomes measurement and quality improvement Patient and family education Regulatory and payer compliance Interdisciplinary collaboration and referral management
