Job Description:
Clinical Site Director We're seeking an experienced Clinical Site Director to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance at a clinical research site. This individual will oversee site staff, study execution, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and overall operational efficiency while ensuring studies meet enrollment, timeline, quality, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall site operations, performance, staffing, and clinical research activities Ensure compliance with
ICH/GCP, FDA
regulations, SOPs, and study protocols Monitor study performance, enrollment, patient activity, timelines, and quality metrics Manage and develop site staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and coaching Partner with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, Contracts, Quality, and investigators to achieve study milestones Identify operational risks and implement corrective action and mitigation plans Ensure appropriate site resourcing and staff coverage across assigned studies Support protocol-specific training, CRF completion, and study documentation Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and successful study execution
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of clinical research experience , or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of clinical research site management experience required Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Working knowledge of
GCP, FDA
