Our mission is to help our patients improve their health by delivering the very best of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine since 2001. We are seeking a professional, positive, and team-oriented individual to join our family.WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Excellent verbal communication skills and communicating with new and current patients is the focus. We have scripts and procedures to efficiently and effectively schedule, receive, and communicate with patients in a fast-paced acupuncture practice. We are seeking an individual to fill a permanent position. Primary duties include speaking with prospective patients, collecting payments, answering phones, making/rescheduling appointments, assisting with therapies in the clinic, and more. Must be organized, multi-task oriented, energetic and possess a positive, professional and friendly attitude. No medical experience is needed, but sales experience is ideal. We are looking for someone with leadership ability who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow with our team.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Have a positive, upbeat personality with lots of energy. Have excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to follow procedures and preform tasks independently. Have good time management Basic computer competence is required. Sales skills are a plus.Essential Job Duties:
Warm Patient Greetings:
Welcome patients with a friendly and warm demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits our facility.Prospective Patient Calls:
Complete prospective patient phone calls to provide information, answer queries, and assist with the onboarding process.Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule patient appointments according to the specific parameters outlined in each personalized treatment plan.Systematic Record Keeping:
Accurately enter appointments and patient information into the patient management system and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes.- Communication with
Doctors and Patients:
Maintain open lines of communication with patients and doctors about progress and any other relevant information.Financial Transactions:
Discuss treatment plans with patient, collect payments, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
Statistical Tracking:
Keep track of front office statistics and present them at weekly staff meetings, contributing to the overall improvement of office efficiency.Other Duties:
Issue Resolution:
Address patient concerns by effectively communicating information and directing concerns for appropriate resolution.Basic Therapies and Patient Interaction:
Perform therapies as trained, engage in patient interactions, and contribute to the overall patient care experience.
Adaptable Responsibilities:
