Full Job Description Clinic Coordinator Reports To:
Clinic Manager Position Summary:
The Care Coordinator guides clients from clinical recommendations to successful engagement in services and programs. This role improves outcomes and ensures follow-through.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General supervision of Clinic Desk and Front Desk. Ensure all required client documentation is obtained, completed, verified, and maintained in a timely manner, including but not limited to intake packets, releases of information, consent forms, financial assistance documentation, insurance authorizations, and other required paperwork. Manage post-visit documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and proper routine, including OD acknowledgements/reports, documentation requests, faxes, etc. Respond to client inquiries, providing clear and timely information. Schedule follow-up appointments, aligning care needs with availability. Contact waitlist clients for scheduling, follow-up support needs. Coordinate follow-up coverage, including prior authorizations and benefit verification. Enforce CVI policies and procedures - example: cancellation policy. Serve as point of contact and resource for Navigators, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective client flow and service delivery. Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; higher education preferred Experience in care coordination or customer service preferred

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
