Job Description

Overview Quality Care Inhome Care Services is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Nurse Administrator to oversee clinical and administrative operations within our home healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Georgia Medicaid, GAPP, GAMMIS, EVV, healthcare documentation and clinical administration. This position requires a leader who can balance patient-care requirements with administrative responsibilities while ensuring that the agency remains compliant with applicable state, federal, Medicaid, HIPAA, and accreditation standards. The Nurse Administrator will play a key role in staff training, medical document management, quality assurance, audits and day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant healthcare documentation. Review medical records and documentation for completeness and accuracy. Manage medical document intake, organization, tracking, and retention. Ensure compliance with Georgia Medicaid and GAPP program requirements. Work with GAPP for eligibility, authorizations, documentation, and related administrative requirements. Monitor and manage EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) compliance. Assist with audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure appropriate use of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards. Maintain organized documentation for Medicaid, clinical and administrative audits. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia. Healthcare administration or nursing experience. Experience with GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program). Experience with EVV/Electronic Visit Verification. Experience with Georgia Medicaid or Medicaid-funded healthcare programs. Strong medical document management experience. Knowledge of HIPAA requirements. Strong understanding of medical terminology. Strong administrative management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with Google Workspace/Google Suite.
