Clinical Director - PHP/IOP The Carter Treatment Center| Imagine Wellness Centers is seeking a Clinical Director to lead all clinical operations for our adult Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. As a member of the executive leadership team, you'll oversee clinical quality, supervise clinical staff, drive program development, and ensure regulatory compliance across our services for individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. This role is a strong fit for an experienced, licensed clinician ready to balance hands-on clinical oversight with strategic leadership in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all PHP and IOP programming, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care Serve on the executive leadership team, contributing to organizational planning, strategy, and growth initiatives Supervise and develop primary therapists, case managers, and other clinical staff, including evaluations, coaching, and performance management Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and succession planning for the clinical team Oversee daily clinical operations — workflows, scheduling, staffing, census, and acuity — to maintain safe, effective programming Use program metrics and outcomes data to guide decisions and drive quality improvement Ensure documentation and clinical practices meet organizational, payer, state, and accreditation standards, including chart audits and utilization review Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings and partner across medical, nursing, admissions, housing, and operations to coordinate care Develop and participate in a rotating on-call leadership schedule (evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays) and respond to urgent clinical and operational issues What You'll Need Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Independent clinical professional license 3-5 years of post-master's experience Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and crisis management skills Knowledge of trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions Preferred 2+ years of supervisory experience Experience in PHP and/or IOP settings Experience with co-occurring disorders and high-acuity or dual diagnosis populations Schedule Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient care needs, plus rotating on-call leadership coverage

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,079.12 per year
