No job is too small when it comes to getting patients what they need. Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) plays a vital role in supporting both our Brace Shop and hospital locations. This hybrid position ensures seamless coordination of patient care
  • from processing orders to fitting and delivering medical equipment.
Each week, the PCC will rotate between our Brace Shop, managing walk-ins, fittings, and inventory, and partner hospital or clinic sites, working directly with providers and patients in the field. This structure offers a dynamic, hands-on introduction to the medical equipment and patient care field. You'll deliver a high-quality patient experience through clear communication, accurate documentation, and professional, compassionate care. This role bridges both clinical and administrative functions
  • ensuring timely order flow, compliant documentation, and excellent service across all sites.
What You'll Do Deliver a high-quality, compassionate patient experience through clear communication, hands-on fittings, and timely follow-up. Rotate between the Brace Shop and hospital or clinic sites, supporting patient fittings, order intake, and on-site coordination. Process incoming orders in Brightree, verify insurance coverage, and obtain required documentation to ensure clean, billable claims. Manage incoming referrals and patient inquiries, routing them appropriately and maintaining accurate records throughout the order lifecycle. Maintain organized, compliant workspaces and accurate inventory at both locations; support replenishment and product transfers as needed. Collaborate with Account Managers, Field Service Reps, and facility staff to resolve escalations, gather missing information, and strengthen provider relationships. Participate in ongoing training, uphold all compliance standards (HIPAA, The Compliance Team), and assist teammates as needed across sites. Qualifications 1+ year of customer service or patient-facing experience (healthcare preferred). Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Familiarity with DME, insurance verification, or medical billing
  • or willingness to learn.
Proficient with Google Workspace and EMR systems (training provided). Reliable transportation required. Able to lift up to 20 lbs and work comfortably in both office and field settings.
