What you'll do Welcome patients in a warm, polished, and professional way that sets the tone for their entire visit. Manage scheduling, confirmations, and communication with efficiency and strong attention to detail. Guide patients through their visit from start to finish, including check-in, rooming, education, and checkout. Ensure patients have everything they need, including clear pre-care and post-care instructions (full training provided). Support providers by keeping the day running smoothly and anticipating needs before they arise. Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated clinic environment at all times. Handle patient records, payments, memberships, and follow-ups with accuracy and discretion. Confidently talk with patients about treatments, skincare, and wellness options, and make thoughtful recommendations that support their goals. What we're looking for Experience in a medical, dental, aesthetic, or wellness office preferred. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people and build trust. Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness, especially in areas like peptides, hormones, gut health, and overall optimization. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask without becoming easily overwhelmed. Emotionally steady and not easily rattled by difficult conversations or the occasional upset patient; able to move forward without stewing on it.

comfortable discussing services, products, packages, and memberships in a way that feels honest, confident, and supportive of the patient's goals. Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Professional, polished, reliable, and aligned with a high-standard, luxury-feel environment.
