At Family First Chiropractic Wellness Center , we help infants, children, pregnant moms, and entire families achieve better health through neurologically focused chiropractic care. Our office is warm, upbeat, family-centered, and fast-paced. We are looking for someone who will become the friendly face of our practice and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is much more than answering phones or checking people in. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, remembers names, pays attention to the little details, and takes pride in helping our office run smoothly every day. What You'll Do Welcome every patient with a warm, genuine smile. Check patients in and out efficiently. Schedule appointments and help families coordinate their visits. Answer phones and respond professionally to questions. Collect payments and process transactions accurately. Keep the front office organized and running smoothly. Support our doctors and team with daily administrative tasks. Help create a positive, uplifting atmosphere for every patient. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Naturally friendly and outgoing. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Calm under pressure and able to multitask. A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills. Positive, coachable, and eager to learn. Passionate about helping people. Previous chiropractic experience is not required . We are happy to train the right person who shares our values and has the right attitude.
