Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office, providing exceptional support to both patients and practitioners. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Duties Assist in managing patient flow and scheduling appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Perform insurance verification and handle patient inquiries regarding coverage. Utilize office management software for patient management. Operate front desk responsibilities, including answering phone systems and greeting patients. Support the chiropractic team with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment. Assist with patient care utilizing passive and active modalities Training and certification provided Experience Previous experience in an office setting, preferably within a healthcare or dental office environment. Familiarity with medical records management and insurance verification processes. Proficiency in using office management software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact positively with patients and staff.
