Optimae Home Health Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse to be our Home Health Regional Director and lead our clinical home health operations. This role is responsible for the overall direction, quality, and performance of home health clinical services across our Southeast Iowa region. This would include offices in Fairfield, Washington, and Burlington. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for patient-centered care, home health experience with an understanding of home health rules and regulations, team development, and operational excellence. About the Role The Regional Director plays a key leadership role in establishing, implementing, and evaluating the goals and objectives of our home health program. This position ensures our services meet high-quality standards and align with the organization's mission, vision, and core values. You will provide direct support and guidance to Clinical Supervisors, and clinical teams, while working closely with the Administrator on operational strategy and program development. Key Responsibilities Provide coaching, support, and leadership to Clinical Supervisors to continually improve service delivery. Assist in clinical team management, planning, and patient-care oversight. Prepare and manage organizational budgets in collaboration with the Administrator. Monitor census, volume trends, and operational indicators to anticipate staffing or financial impacts. Lead hiring, evaluation, and performance management for clinical personnel with clinical supervisors Support performance improvement initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe home health services. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and CHAP standards and keep the organization updated on changes in home health regulations. Who we're looking for Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN degree is preferred. Two (2) years management or supervisory experience in health care setting preferred, preferably home care. Knowledge of federal regulations and state licensure requirements A collaborative leader with strong clinical and administrative judgment Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Experience in home health, nursing leadership, or related fields preferred Commitment to quality, compliance, and service excellence
