Job Description
Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor to lead, support, and grow our Treasure valley DDA team. We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with behavioral and developmental support. Our mission is to support children and those who care for them through collaborative, innovative therapy services. The DDA Clinical Supervisor Role The DDA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the agency's service and support functions, including direct, face-to-face supervision of staff providing services. This role works collaboratively with assigned Behavioral Interventionists to support the development, implementation, and ongoing review of service plans to ensure all client needs are effectively met.
